How to Factory Reset Your Dash Cam

This guide will show you how to reset your camera for troubleshooting purposes.


Factory Resetting the Dash Cam:

  1. First, wake up the dash cam and put in the default PIN of 3333, or use your own PIN if you have already created one.



  2. Go to the Settings screen.



  3. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Factory Reset.


  4. A prompt will appear confirming your selection. Click Yes to reset the dash cam.
    Note
    After a Factory Reset, you will need to rescan the APN QR code. Go to Add APN (Right below Wi-Fi) in the Settings menu, and scan the QR code below.



    A confirmation screen will pop up for data641003. Once you have completed it, go back to the Settings menu and go to Select APN to confirm that data641003 is selected.
