Reset the Surfsight Dashcam - Pin Reset
- Locate the Reset button on the side of the dashcam by removing the SIM/SD cover on the side of the camera.

Press the Reset Button until the camera screen goes black (a paperclip or pushpin will work) — then release (2-3 seconds).
Caution:
Pressing the button too hard can damage the hardware.
- Wait for the camera to power back up. This may take up to 5 minutes. The screen will go blank and then the dashcam restarts with the factory settings.
