Camera Timeline Help

This guide will show how to navigate and pull footage from the Camera Timeline.


Accessing the Camera Timeline:

  1. First, log in to our platform at https://hdfleet.net. From there, click on Status.



  2. Select the vehicle you want to view footage for.



  3. The Vehicle Pop-Up should appear. Click on Camera Timeline.



  4. From here, you can choose the quality of the footage, and which camera you want to view. Adjust the slider to set it to the timeframe you want to view.


  5. After getting it set up, click Play to view the footage.


    Note
    You can Reboot the dash cam and Format the SD Card from this page. Formatting the SD Card will wipe all the data that is on it.

Requesting Footage:

  1. Click on Get HD Video to pull footage from a specific time.



  2. A pop-up should appear. Adjust the parameters to fit your needs, and then click on Get HD Video.



  3. Go to User Requested to view the footage.



  4. Your requested video will show up here. Click on the teal camera icon under the Media column.



  5. The video will pop up, and be ready to view and download. To download it, just click on the More Options icon and select Download.
