Camera Event Settings

This article will go over on how to edit your camera event settings for your Surf Sight dash cam.

Locating Camera Event Settings:

1. Click on your vehicle to open the Vehicle Pop-up.


2. Click on the Camera Event Settings tab.



Editing Your Camera Event Settings:

1. You can click on the dropdown to choose whether you get  Video, Snapshot, or just an event for that specific alert. You can also click on the Speaker icon to mute or unmute specific alerts.



2. When you are finished editing these options click Save.



Note
You can click on Apply same settings to all vehicles to mass apply these settings.

3. For your Device Settings, you will need to click on the Edit button first before making any changes, otherwise it won't save.



4. Here, you can turn on Audio Recording, the In Cabin Camera, Audible Alarms from the camera, change the PIN, and choose how long you want it to be in Standby mode.

5. Click Save when you are finished.
