Vehicle Pop-Up Overview

From the vehicle pop-up window, you can view driver snapshots and HD video, live stream your driver's trips, pull up trip history, and check maintenance reminders.

View Snapshots and HD Video:

  1. Click on either the Snapshots or HD Video tab to pull up the latest snapshots and video captures by our dash cam.



  2. Click on any of the media entries to pull up your snapshots/video. Entries are ordered from top to bottom, most recent to last.



    Note
    Use the color-coded icons located below your media entries to filter them out.



     Ignition On
    Media captured any time the vehicle's ignition is turned on
     Moving
    Media captures while the vehicle is in motion
     Event
    Media captured when there is a shock absorption to the vehicle
     Panic
    Media captured when the driver hits the panic button
     Alarmin
    Media captured when a vehicle's mechanism deploys (ex. tow truck)
     Ignition Off
    Media captured when a vehicle's ignition is turned off
     Idle
    Media captured when a vehicle's engine goes idle
     System Requested
    Periodic snapshots/video captured from trips
     User Requested
    Media requested by the user from a driver's trip

System Requested Media Overview:


Here is an example of how our System Requested snapshots and videos work:

Ignition On Snapshot

15 minutes in to trip Snapshot

30 minutes later video grab

30 minutes later snapshot

This continues to alternate for the first 2 hours of a trip, then goes to 60-minute intervals.

Live Stream Your Driver's Trips:

  1. Click on the Live Video tab.



  2. Press Play in the live stream window. It will pause intermittently, just press Play again to continue streaming.


  3. Click on Capture Video to capture footage from the live stream.

Media History:

This is a collection of both your latest snapshots and videos. You can view your media by custom date ranges as well as grab snapshots and footage in real-time when the vehicle is in motion.


  1. Click the Calendar icon to set a start and end date for your custom date range. Once you have done this, our system will pull up all event-related media within that time frame.



  2. After your media is pulled up. you can email snapshots/videos by ticking the checkboxes to the right of the media and then clicking the Email Videos/Snapshots button.

  3. You can also get the vehicle's last 3 snapshots or last 3*20 second video clips in real-time by clicking either of the buttons below.
    Note
    The vehicle must be in motion for these features to work.

Trip History:

You can view events/snapshots/footage from any point during a driver's trip. Click on any of the hyperlinks to pull up a full vehicle trail.


Once you have your vehicle trail pulled up, click on any point/event of the trip and a window will pop-up with information including location, speed and type of event. You can click on Video or Snapshot to view System Requested footage/pictures from that event.



You can also view trip events in list format below the Google Maps interface. If you want to view all events from the trip (not just System Requested), click on Show All Events. You can also request footage from the list by clicking the Video or Snapshot icons.

Event History:

This tab shows a list of your most recent events with information that includes Event Type, Event Time, Address and Speed.
