Alerts Help

You can set up customized alerts with our interface that will notify you of specified driver events through email, text, or our dashboard.


Adding an Alert Event:

  1. Click on Add Alert located at the top of the screen.



  2. Name your Alert and choose Event.



  3. Select the action you want to be notified of when it occurs. These options include Ignition OnIgnition OffDefault IdleShockAcceleratePanic ButtonTurn and Custom Idle.



  4. Next select which vehicles to receive this alert for. Choose either a fleet (group of vehicles) under the Fleet section or individual vehicles under the Vehicle section. Click the > button to move your selections over. To make all fleets/vehicles at once, click the >> button.



  5. After selecting the vehicles, you now choose the recipients of the alerts. You can choose by department, individual Usernames/Emails, or All Users.



  6. Finally, select how you want to be notified. You can choose by email or our Action Board. Once you are finished, click Save.
