Alerts Help
You can set up customized alerts with our interface that will notify you of specified driver events through email, text, or our dashboard.
Adding an Alert Event:
- Click on Add Alert located at the top of the screen.
- Name your Alert and choose Event.
- Select the action you want to be notified of when it occurs. These options include Ignition On, Ignition Off, Default Idle, Shock, Accelerate, Panic Button, Turn and Custom Idle.
- Next select which vehicles to receive this alert for. Choose either a fleet (group of vehicles) under the Fleet section or individual vehicles under the Vehicle section. Click the > button to move your selections over. To make all fleets/vehicles at once, click the >> button.
- After selecting the vehicles, you now choose the recipients of the alerts. You can choose by department, individual Usernames/Emails, or All Users.
- Finally, select how you want to be notified. You can choose by email or our Action Board. Once you are finished, click Save.
