Maps Help

Our tracking interface uses Google Maps for you to locate your vehicles and view your driver footage. Footage can be searched for by vehicle, date, time and trip.

Pulling Up Vehicle Media:

  1. Click on the Side Menu and go to Vehicles. From there you can view the media history for whichever vehicle you select.

Vehicles are organized by Clusters which can be revealed by clicking the purple icon with a number in the middle. This number represents how many vehicles are in that specific group. Once selected, the map will zoom in on the vehicles which can then be selected individually.

Viewing Your Vehicle's Media:

After you have selected the vehicle, a media window will pop up. From here, you can view snapshots, video history, live video, trip history and event history.

Snapshots/HD Video Tabs

You can see the Last 10 for Snapshots and Video when you open up their respective menu tabs. Simply click on a snapshot/video entry on the left to view them. Entries are labeled by Vehicle, Date, and Time.

Download or email a snapshot/video by hovering over the item and clicking on the download/email icons.

Streaming Live Video

To stream live video of your drivers, make sure that the GPS marker you click on is green (indicating the vehicle is in motion), otherwise you will get an error saying the vehicle is currently offline.

Media History

This tab shows a collection of both snapshots and driver videos. You can email multiple pictures and clips to you all at once by making your selections and clicking the Email Videos/Snapshots button.

Trip History

You can view events/snapshots/footage from any point during a driver's trip in this tab. Click on any of the hyperlinks to pull up a full vehicle trail.

Alternatively, you can use the side menu from the main Maps page to pull up a vehicle's trail by selecting both the vehicle and trip.

Pulling Footage from Vehicle Trail

Once you have your vehicle trail pulled up, click on any point/event of the trip and a window will pop up with information including location, speed and type of event. You can click either the Video or Snapshot icon to request footage/pictures from that event.

Go to the bottom of the page past the map to the spreadsheet view of the events. A green icon indicates the event you requested is now available. Click on the icon to pull up the snapshot/video.
