Vehicles Help
The Vehicles page lets you edit vehicle details in your account and access different areas of our tracking interface related to a vehicle's trips.
How to Edit a Vehicle's Details
- Log in to https://hdfleet.net, and click on Settings. From there, select Vehicles from the drop down menu.
- Choose the vehicle you want to edit, or search for it by name by using the search bar at the top. Click on the Edit icon under the Action column.
- A pop-up window will display where you can now edit details of your vehicle including #VIN, Odometer Reading, License Plate, Insurance Policy #, and more.You can also upload a picture of your vehicle by clicking on the Vehicle Picture and selecting an image from your computer.

Grey fields with a '*' are not editable and pertain to your camera's hardware settings.
- Click Save when you are finished.
Action Column:
These are your main buttons that you will be using:
Action Board - Shows recent snapshots and custom alerts set off by the vehicle. That can include Speeding, Hard Braking, Shock Alerts and more.
Maps - Shows the Google Maps overview with the vehicle location. You can click on the vehicle icon to pull up media and snapshots.
Trip Detail - Shows your vehicle trip on Google Maps from Ignition On to Ignition Off. You can view all major events from the trip and pull up media and snapshots.
Preventative Maintenance - Shows reminders for routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery replacement and more.
Edit - Edit the information of your vehicle.
More Details - Shows details of your vehicle including License Plate, Driver, Last Snapshot, Last Status, # of Cameras and more.
