Camera Halo Effect
Halo Effect on a Surftsight AI-12:
When a camera has a "halo effect" on the video footage, it typically means that the lens was pushed into the camera.
If your camera is still under warranty, please reach out to us at [email protected]. However, if your camera is no longer under warranty you have two options.
- Replace the camera.
- Pop the lens back out.
- Unscrew
the three screws on the circular part of the camera.
- Use a tool to gently but firmly push the lens back out.
