Camera Halo Effect
Halo Effect on a Surftsight AI-12:
When a camera has a "halo effect" on the video footage, it typically means that the lens was pushed into the camera.
If your camera is still under warranty, please reach out to us at support@hdfleet.com. However, if your camera is no longer under warranty you have two options.
- Replace the camera.
- Pop the lens back out.
- Unscrew
the three screws on the circular part of the camera.
- Use a tool to gently but firmly push the lens back out.
