Preventative Maintenance Options

Types of preventative maintenance that you can set alerts for:

Air Filter Replacement
Replace the air cabin filter(s)
Battery Replacement
Replace the battery
Belt Replacement
Replace the timing or serpentine belt
Brake Front Replacement
Replace the front break pads
Brake Rear Replacement
Replace the rear break pads
Car Wash/Cleaning
Take the car to the car wash and/or cleaning out the interior
Check Brake Fluid
Check brake fluid levels, condition, and color; top off or replace when necessary
Check Brake Pads
Check brake pad depths to see if they need replacements and replace if needed
Check Engine Coolant
Check engine coolant level and condition; top off if necessary
Check Engine Oil Level
Check oil level and top off if needed
Check Fire Extinguisher
Check that the fire extinguisher needs to be charged or has expired; replace if needed
Check First Aid Kit
Verify if the first aid kit needs additional supplies added and add when low
Check for Oil Leak
Check if there is an oil leak; fix if needed
Check Horn
Verify horn is working properly; have repaired if non-functional
Check Jumper Cables/Tire Change Kit
Verify that the jumper cables and/or tire change kit are present and have all parts; add to vehicle if missing
Check Lights
Check headlights and/or interior lights for functionality; replace bulbs when needed
Check Power Steering Fluid
Check the power steering fluid and replace or add if necessary
Check Spare Tire
Verify the spare tire is in the vehicle, inflated to the proper PSI, and in good condition; correct if needed
Check Tire Pressure
Verify all tires are at the correct PSI; inflate/deflate, if necessary
Check Transmission Fluid
Check transmission fluid level, color, and condition; replace if needed
Check Valid Registration/Insurance/Tag
Verify that the registration is current, insurance is current and in the vehicle, and that the tags are up to date; update if necessary
Check Vehicle is Clean
Verify if the vehicle is clean inside and out; wash/clean if not up to standard
Check Windshield Washer Fluid
Check windshield washer fluid level(s) and add fluid if necessary
Check Windshield Condition
Check for any chips, cracks, or other concerns with the windshield; replace or repair if needed
Differential Front/Rear Oil Replacement
Replace the front/rear differential oil
Distributor Cap & Rotor Replacement
Replace the distributor cap and/or rotor inside of the distributor cap
Electric Ignition Replacement
Replace the electric ignition
Engine Oil and Filter Replacement
Change the engine oil and filter
Fire Extinguisher Replacement
Replace the vehicle's fire extinguisher(s)
Fuel Filter Replacement
Replace the fuel filter
Hose Replacement
Replace any damaged or old flexible rubber hose that circulates fluids
Insurance Renewal
Renew vehicle's insurance
Lube U-Joints/Steering Rods/Suspension
Lubricate U-Joints/steering rods/suspension components
Manufacturer's Scheduled Maintenance
Take vehicle in for the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance
Parking Brake Maintenance
Parking break inspection, adjustment, and servicing
Power Steering Systems Fluid Replacement
Replace the power steering fluid
Registration Renewal
Renew the vehicle's registration
Spark Plug(s) Replacement
Replace the spark plug(s)
Tire Alignment
Have the tires aligned
Tire Replacement
Replace the tires with new tires
Tire Rotation
Rotate the front and back tires
Toll Tag Renewal Add funds to the vehicle's toll tag
Transfer Case Fluid Replacement
Drain and replace the transfer case fluid in a 4WD or AWD vehicle
Transmission Fluid/Filter Replacement
Drain and replace transmission fluid and install new filter
Transmission Replacement
Replace the transmission of the vehicle
Windshield Washer Fluid Replacement
Drain and refill the windshield washer fluid for the next season
Wiper Blades Replacement
Replace the windshield wipers
