Why Does My Camera Not Have an Internet Connection?

The most common cause for not having an internet connection is that the SIM may be unseated. This guide will walk you through on how to diagnose this issue.

Locating the Information:

  1. On your dash cam, unlock it and go to the More Info screen.



  2. If the SIM Card Number and Phone Number are Unknown, the SIM card may be unseated.

Reseating the SIM Card:

  1. To reseat the SIM, follow the step-by-step instructions in this article.

    If it is still not working, Factory Reset the dash cam.

Factory Resetting Your Dash Cam:

  1. Go to the Settings screen.



  2. Scroll down until you see Factory Reset and tap it.



  3. A prompt will appear confirming your selection. Click Yes to reset the dash cam.

    After a Factory Reset, you will need to rescan the APN QR code. Go to Add APN (Right below Wi-Fi) in the Settings menu, and scan the QR code below.



    A confirmation screen will pop up for data641003. Once you have completed it, go back to the Settings menu and go to Select APN to confirm that data641003 is selected.
