How to Access the 'More Info' Tab in Your Dash Cam

This process is important if you are experiencing issues, and there is a connectivity problem, or if our team needs more information. Before continuing, make sure your dash cam has power and is on.

Accessing the 'More Info' Tab:

  1. Push the Panic Button of the dashcam to wake up the camera.

  2. Tap the screen & enter the default PIN of 3333, or use your own PIN if you've already set it up.



  3. Press Settings to open another menu.



  4. Scroll down and press on More Info.

    This window should appear:



Key Pieces of Information:
  1. Sim Card Number. If no number appears, it means the dash cam has not recognized the new SIM Card.

  2. Operator. Which network the SIM is connected to.

  3. Signal Strength. If it is poor, the SIM may be fine, but you could be in an area with a low signal. The dash cam displays a Cellular Signal icon with three bars.

  4. APN in Use. This is the access point between the device and the network. This information can be useful for troubleshooting. Make sure it says data641003 as shown in the picture above.
