How to View Your Recorded Videos From the Dash Cam

You can view these recordings directly from the dash cam, which can help with dispute resolution and self-training.

To View Recordings From the Dash Cam:

  1. When you are in park with the parking brake on, the ignition on, and the door closed, press the touchscreen of the dash cam to view the PIN screen.

  2. Enter the default PIN of 3333, or use your own PIN if you've already set it up to unlock the dash cam.
    Note
    You can get the driver's PIN for the dash cam you're using from the person who administers them in your company.

    The main menu appears similar to the following:



  3. Press Recordings.

    All the recorded videos on the SD card load in a list, sorted by date and time.
    Note
    When the SD card (the memory card) in the device is full, the newer trips will override the older trips, and the overwritten trips can no longer be retrieved.

  4. Use the arrow buttons to scroll through the list. Once you found the video, select it and press Play.
