FedEx Compliance - What FedEx is Looking For

In this article, we are going to go through the items that Service Providers need to be aware of.

FedEx receives a daily file that contains GPS information so they can see if the truck is active or not.
Note
Inactive vehicles do not send out GPS information.

All vehicles must be labeled to exactly match the rental information the client reported to FedEx.

Service Providers must have an accurate CID number, and they can not use our units on permanent vehicles. They also need to ensure that the status of the vehicle is accurate.
  1. If the vehicle is in use, status = Active
  2. If the vehicle is not in use, status = Inactive
The temporary vehicle must have the correct VIN number listed on our platform.
