Navigating the Action Board:

1. First, log in to https://hdfleet.net. From here, click on the Action Board tab.
   
   
   
   
2. Once in your Action Board, you can see your vehicles most recent events, which will include the vehicle unit, the alert type, the date and time, the driver, if the event has been reviewed or not, and downloadable media from that event.

3. You can retrieve snapshots/video from the Media column.
   
   

   Note
   If the button is Green, then it is ready to be viewed. If it is Orange, the media still needs to be retrieved, which usually takes a few minutes.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. You can review each event and leave notes under the Review Status column. You can set the status to Reviewed, False Report, In Progress, or Completed.
   
   
   
   
5. In the Action column, you can email media links for the event, access the Dashboard for more information on a particular vehicle, open the Maps screen, edit a drivers information, or view trip details from the vehicle trail.
   
   
   
   
6. Use the Side Menu on the left to filter out events by date range, fleets, individual vehicles, review status, alert types, and drivers.
   
   
   
   
7. The Preventative Maintenance tab will show you a list of any upcoming reminders you've set and when they will be due.
