How to Generate a Report
Here you can generate reports for your fleet based on report type, vehicles, and date range. Types of reports include Idle, Alert Logs, Detailed Events, and more.
Generating a Report:
- Log in to our platform at https://hdfleet.net and click on the Reports tab.
- Choose the type of report you want to generate.
- Select your date range from the drop-down menu, or create a custom range.
- Choose your fleet/vehicle by clicking on the Fleets or Vehicles drop downs on the screen and checking all of the fleets or vehicles you want to run the report for.
Note:
You can only select Fleets or Vehicles, not both. If you select some from both Fleets and Vehicles you may not get the results you are expecting. - Click the Generate button, or choose Schedule if you'd like to run it at a future date/time or on a schedule.If you click Schedule, you will need to fill in all required fields then click the Save button.
