Facial ID Reports

Available Reports

  1. Facial ID API Status
    1. Shows if a vehicle has facial ID turned on and what stage it is in (ENROLLMENT or VERIFICATION). This can assist in the deployment and rollout of the program.
    2. In the Driver ID column, there are 6 possible states.
      1. Facial ID - Calibrating
It may take a while for the API to identify the driver. We will attempt to identify the Facial ID # for this trip. However, after 3 attempts, it will move from Unrecognized to Unassigned and await manual assignment. If a Facial ID # is created while being in the Enrollment State, we will provide the Facial ID # and change the state to Verification. Otherwise, there will be an error code in the FID Code column for review.
      2. Facial ID - Identifying
The system is attempting to identify the driver within the trip, sending 3 videos to the API. If nothing is returned, there will be an error code letting the customer know why a match was not found, and the driver will have to be manually assigned to the trip. If a Facial ID # is returned, then we will attempt to link it to a Driver profile. If there isn't one found, then we will place a link to the Facial Identification Module for future matching to a driver.
      3. Facial ID #
This links to the Facial Identification Program for linking.
      4. Driver's Name

      5. Unrecognized
It links to the Change Driver pop-up.
      6. Unassigned
It links to the Change Driver Pop-up.
  2. Facial ID Trip
    1. Shows Recognized and Unrecognized driver trips.

Troubleshooting Facial ID Using Reports

  1. Facial ID API Status
    1. You can verify that a vehicle has Facial ID enabled or not.
    2. You can also verify that the vehicle has been able to identify at least one driver by checking it's status. If it shows "ENROLLMENT" for a vehicle, that means it has never identified a driver. This can be because of a few reasons, but the most common are poor camera placement, something blocking a clear view of the driver, FID is not enabled on the vehicle, or the vehicle hasn't been driven.
  2. Facial ID Trip
    1. This is primarily used to review unrecognized drivers. You can show just unrecognized drivers by filtering using the FID Driver Status at the top.
    2. You can assign drivers from this report. To review the photo or video click on one of the media buttons. Once you know who the driver is, you can click Unrecognized under the Driver column and assign the correct driver.
    3. This report can also assist in finding vehicles that are struggling to make IDs so any issues can be corrected.
