How to Submit a Ticket

This is a walkthrough on submitting a ticket through our platform.


Submitting a Ticket:

  1. Go to our platform at https://hdfleet.net and log in.

  2. Click on the Status tab.



  3. From there, you should see all the vehicles in your fleet. Select the vehicle you are experiencing issues with.



  4. A pop-up window should appear. Click on the red email icon. This will open your default mail app and auto-fill an email to our support team.



  5. In the body of the email, give a summary of the issues you are experiencing and your contact information. You should receive a response within 1 business day. Ticket resolution times may vary, depending on the type of issue.
